Extraordinary Ability
On the pathway to success
Our extensive experience with extraordinary ability cases has set us apart from other firms. We have had the privilege of working with some of the most talented and successful foreign nationals who have sought to continue their careers in the US. We strive to make the journey smooth by securing the green cards and visas they need to get them where they’re going.
The O-1 visa is a temporary work visa for individuals with extraordinary ability. This nonimmigrant visa allows many individuals the ability to work in the US and can be prepared within a relatively short period of time.
The EB-1 green card for those with extraordinary ability takes a bit longer to process than the O-1, but it provides you with a permanent benefit of a US green card. It’s one of the few green cards that allows the foreign national to self-sponsor, eliminating the need for a U.S. petitioner or a specific offer of U.S. employment.
We’ve successfully obtained US green cards for applicants in these fields (and many more!):
-
